Writing a Diversity and Inclusion Statement: How to Get It Right

2020 is revealing a vast amount to us in and out of the workplace. One of the big things leaders within companies are connecting with this year is their vision and statement around diversity + equity + inclusion + belonging + culture [DEIBC]. What do they stand for, who are they and how are they embodying all of this?

Our Founder & CEO Tiffany Houser was invited to speak on CO— by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce,  Blueprint panel, sponsored by JP Morgan Chase on Growing an Inclusive Team to share our insight on how companies can navigate through challenging times of racial and social injustice, and then was asked to contribute to a piece they did to support companies writing, or re-writing their DEIBC statement.
