The Shift
One of the biggest things leaders say they want the most is to spend intentional time to focus on themselves, and to think about the BIG PICTURE… yet most don’t do this, for many reasons.
This is the reason we created THE SHIFT
What is THE SHIFT?
A Leadership Development Series for senior leaders who are ready to intentionally connect with their mindset, well-being, effectiveness, and vision. Essentially, it’s designed for leaders who are ready for me time.
During this transformative 3-part series, leaders connect with their leadership capabilities, style, and vision to discover what’s working for them and what’s not. They will hit the “refresh button” on a personal and professional level to grow their capacity to expand their effectiveness, longevity, confidence, and impact with their team and within your organization.
Research continues to show only 3% of a leader’s time is spent envisioning possibilities, enrolling others in a shared view of the future, executing strategy, and focusing on their well-being, where they are forward-looking versus the 97% who are stuck, task-driven, exhausted, or insecure.
This tends to be signs of self-doubt [which causes imposter syndrome, or compromised self-worth], fear and not allocating time to themselves to focus on the big picture to create clarity and confidence for themself.
How Will THE SHIFT Impact Your Organization?
The camaraderie among leaders through the common language they’ll discover will move your culture/organization forward with less friction
Leaders will walk away, clear, empowered, inspired and able to apply what they’ve learned
Leaders will have the ability to coach themselves [self-regulate, self-manage] for faster decision making and better problem solving
Leaders will have the ability to coach others in your organization more effectively for greater agility and smoother conflict resolution
The increased level of self-awareness and development among leaders will have an immediate impact on people’s energy, effectiveness and sense of purpose throughout your organization
Ultimately THE SHIFT provides an opportunity for leaders to stand in their whole-person, big vision to deepen their overall alignment with, and commitment to what matters the most

How do new leaders develop this forward-looking capacity?
Carve out time from urgent but endless operational matters.
Leaders need TIME and SPACE to reflect, think strategically and support themselves.
When leaders do not have ample time, space and support they:
- Become exhausted and eventually burn out leading additional time off
- Feel insecure
- Grow unhappy and become challenging to work with
- Tend to become task-driven rather vision-, strategy- or people-driven
- Struggle to be agile, think critically and innovate
- Are on a hamster wheel seeking work-life integration
SHIFTed leaders:
- Are clear, confident and connected to their vision, strategy and people
- Effectively communicate and delegate so they consistently operate within their capacity and boundaries
- Foster trust and respect within their team and the culture of the organization
- Contribute to an inclusive company culture
- Evoke everyone’s leadership potential
- Believe in themselves and take care of themselves
- Create work-life integration

Here’s what people are saying about EVOLVE
Throughout our work, I have been able to elevate and transform my leadership – both personally and professionally. The Evolve team was then able to support my direct reports as they too went on the journey to transform their leadership which supported how my team worked together, worked with me, and with internal clients. This work is intense, powerful, supportive, and evolutionary. I am truly grateful for the partnership. Being the visionary leader is a game changer and Tiffany is a great coach for that game!
Before working with Tiffany, my team and I were misaligned and I was reactive as a leader. I personalized everything, avoided delivering honest and direct messages, struggled with being responsible for my impact, and felt the heavy toll of an emotional tax every day. I wasn’t showing up as my authentic self, which caused this misalignment and friction.
When I decided to work with Tiffany, I was lucky. Someone I value very much has been coached by Tiffany, and was able to see first hand, through him, what it means to be a transformational leader. Throughout our organization he provided light coaching and consultation as part of his work with us and it helped tremendously. I figured if this is what the experience is for us working adjacent to it, then to work with Tiffany personally would be paramount to the growth of the organization.
Tiffany supported me in recognizing my patterns, especially my reactions and responsibility as a leader to set the example. She held me to a higher standard, pushing me to be consistent and accountable in ways I never had been before. The result? A ripple effect of growth, not just in myself, but across my entire leadership team and organization.
I recommend Tiffany to any founder or leader ready to do the work. It’s not easy, and just because you hire her doesn’t mean she’s going to wave a magic wand and fix everything. However, she is right there alongside you, working with you to get to the next level. You never stop working, but you can very easily see when you are committed to the work, then it actually trickles down to your entire leadership team – and that actually is very magical.
I owe a debt of gratitude to Tiffany as all the above translates into the things that companies want to see – a better impact on their bottom line with increased revenue and improved morale; but for me, it translates into the joy that includes liking my job again and feeling fulfilled.
I’m thankful that Tiffany was referred to me by another colleague who she had helped evolve along his journey as well. I appreciated her approach to our coaching relationship because it wasn’t mired in the typical corporate assessment jargon and wasn’t wrought with superficial assignments. Instead, it was a thoughtfully laid out, progressive step model that allowed me to take a deeper (oftentimes uncomfortable) look at my personal roadblocks and patterns of thought which were inhibiting my growth as a leader. I was able to understand my triggers and start reframing how I absorbed and responded to situations.
If you’re in a similar space as I was and are in need of a coach who provides honest insight blended with theory and practicality translating in a way that’s easily applicable, I’d strongly recommend engaging with Tiffany and her firm. I’m with a new organization in a higher position and am looking forward to applying for my work with her in this space as well.
